Clarification Text On Sharing Your Opinion About Anda Barut Collection
This information notice has been prepared by BAND Tourism and Trade Inc. (“the Hotel”) in the capacity of data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform.
1. Identity of the Data Controller
In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data may be processed by BAND Tourism and Trade Inc. (“Hotel”) as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and secondary legislation, for the purposes and legal grounds set out below.
If you fill in the “Feedback Form” available at https://barutanda.com/tr/contact, your personal data such as “Name-Surname, Message, E-mail” will be processed by BAND Tourism and Trade Inc. in order to:
- Evaluate and respond promptly to all your feedback, suggestions, and requests within the scope of ISO 10002:2018,
- Establish effective communication with you,
- Ensure the implementation of quality management standards in our hotels,
- Carry out our business operations,
- Ensure customer loyalty and business continuity,
on the basis of the legal ground of legitimate interest stipulated in Article 5/2-f of the Law.
3. Method and Legal Basis of Collecting Personal Data
Our Hotel collects your personal data through the website/registration form you have visited. In addition, personal data may also be collected in cases where you disclose information by contacting our Hotel through other means.
Your personal data will be processed based on the legal grounds specified in Articles 5/2-ç and 5/2-f of the Law, in line with the purposes explained above, processed for the legal periods, and retained for a limited time.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
In line with the above-mentioned purposes and legal grounds, your personal data processed by our Hotel may be shared with third-party business partners with whom we conduct joint activities and/or with whom sharing is necessary for the fulfillment of services, or with public and private institutions legally authorized to request such data, in accordance with Article 5/2-ç of the Law.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
Natural persons whose personal data are processed within our Hotel have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether personal data is being processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in line with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and to request notification of such corrections to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in compliance with the Law and other relevant laws, and to request notification of such deletion/destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to any outcome against them arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To demand compensation in case of damage caused due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Data subjects may submit their requests regarding these rights to the Data Controller in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller. To exercise your rights, you may personally deliver a petition with the necessary identity-verifying information, submit it via a notary, or use other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
The requests of the data subject will be evaluated and concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest. However, if the evaluation and decision-making process requires an additional cost, the fee determined in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged.
