Italian chef Giorgio Diana is known for his approach that combines modern European cuisine with French and Japanese culinary techniques. After completing his culinary education in Italy, he continued his career in Germany and worked in Michelin-awarded restaurants. He established his place in the Michelin-starred gastronomy world through his career at Les Cuisiniers restaurant in Munich.
He is currently the Founder and CEO of the Dinner Incredible platform, which develops international gastronomy projects. At the same time, he serves as an international jury member for WORLDCHEFS and takes part in global gastronomy organizations.
