26–27 August Thomas Bühner has gained experience in some of Europe’s leading kitchens throughout his international career of more than 30 years and achieved two Michelin stars at La Table in Dortmund. From 2006 to 2018, Bühner led La Vie in Osnabrück, where he earned 3 Michelin stars, further strengthening his position among Germany’s most important chefs.
