Tom Aikens has gained experience in prestigious kitchens such as Pierre Koffmann, Joël Robuchon and Pied-à-Terre throughout his career. At the age of 26, he achieved two Michelin stars, becoming the youngest British chef to earn this distinction. Today, he continues his creative, personal and sustainable approach to gastronomy at his Michelin-starred restaurant, Muse by Tom Aikens, in Belgravia, London.
